About Nathan Said
Nothing quite beats the excitement of achieving a sales result that exceeds expectations, but for Nathan Said, the satisfaction of finding a perfect match between properties and buyers comes close.
Nathan’s blossoming career in real estate flows from a solid working background where he learned exceptional sales, marketing and client service skills. Honest and open, he is an excellent communicator who believes that listening fully to clients is essential to delivering professional service and successful outcomes.
He pays considerable attention to seeking out special features and identifying characteristics of properties that he knows will appeal to clients, delving diligently into all the details to better equip their decision making. In addition to deal breakers such as a large garage or entertainment area, Nathan acknowledges that subtler qualities can be unanticipated selling points.
Trained as a mechanic in Gippsland, Nathan returned to the north central region where he quickly made his mark in sales and finance roles, forging a successful career in the car industry.
He has brought new vigour to the RT Edgar team since joining the Kyneton office in 2017. A proven aptitude for product knowledge is serving him well, as he enthusiastically learns as much as he can about property and the industry.
A keen photographer, Nathan enjoys capturing the sweeping landscapes of the Macedon Ranges. Combined with his experience in web design, it makes him a valuable contributor to producing well presented and accessible marketing material.
Outside of work Nathan is passionate about cars, particularly Japanese sports models, and he enjoys four-wheel driving and motorbike riding. He also plays tennis and is secretary of the ever growing Kyneton Tennis Club where he collaborates on projects to develop and improve facilities for members.
